Boston center fielder Billy Forbes had 3 ribbies while helping his team defeat the Philadelphia Keystones, 8-4. Now 5-13, the Keystones have gotten off to a poor start.

Boston used the timely hitting of Elmer Saunders to seize the win. The pinch hitter stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the tenth inning to put the Minutemen on top, 5-4. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.

"It's the best feeling when you come through for your teammates," said Forbes.
