Imperials Suffer Humbling Defeat
Behind an impressive start by Earl Wright, Los Angeles beat New York, 14-2. Wright, now 2-1, was the winner. In 9 innings, he gave up 6 hits, while striking out 6, walking 1, and allowing 2 runs. The Los Angeles win streak is now 3 games.
